In a departure from my usual artistic themes, I embarked on a venture into the realm of the spiritual with this particular painting. This painting captures the profound concept of the Trinity. Drawing inspiration from a stunning depiction dating back to the 14th century, this work stands as my tribute to its timeless beauty.

Crafted meticulously, I have reimagined this venerable piece as a contemporary religious icon. While the original radiated with the brilliance of genuine gold leaf, I chose a creative compromise due to the constraints of resources. The luminescence of the true gold was substituted with a carefully chosen alternative – a simulated gold leaf, which imbues the artwork with an aura of ethereal splendor despite being confined to a board.
