This is a painting done for a big fan of Synyster Gates. The guy contacted me because he wanted a painting of this musician, so I made this a 36 by 24 oil painting for him. The subject, a captivating figure with an inclination towards gothic aesthetics and a deep affinity for rock music, guided my artistic choices.

Incorporating emblematic symbols from his online presence and social media, I aimed to infuse the painting with personal significance. Despite being unfamiliar with Synyster Gates before this commission, I delved into his persona and musical impact, channeling his youthful energy into the artwork. The result is a harmonious blend of artistic expression and homage, resonating with both the client's admiration and the charismatic spirit of Synyster Gates himself.
